Key Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with our sales team, identify customers who will benefit from more technical/clinical hands-on product support and work in clinic with those customers to drive confidence in the use of Galderma's non-surgical range.
  • Support customers with technical training as it relates to any new product launch.
  • Explain the science and associated clinical relevance behind Galderma's products and articulate the benefits of those products to the customer.
  • Evaluate if a customer is ready for the next stage of Galderma's educational journey.
  • Attend any relevant training to keep own product knowledge and clinical knowledge to the highest standards.
  • Support the Regional Business Managers team with product and clinical training.
  • Collaborate with the Galderma education team, to ensure they are helping deliver the UK & Ireland strategy in its educational goals.

The clinical specialist is only allowed to engage in on-label discussions and must possess the necessary qualification and requirements to be registered and covered by cosmetic insurance policy.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Medical expertise in the field of aesthetic medicine.
  • Experience in the commercial healthcare sector in delivering clinical support to Healthcare practitioners.
  • Excellent knowledge of the aesthetics medical community.
  • Knowledge of and experience with the Galderma portfolio.
  • Teaching ability and communication skills.
  • Competency in performing treatments/procedures with the Galderma products.
  • Medical/clinical qualifications in non-surgical aesthetic medicine procedures, Level 7 preferred.
