The Impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the EMEA Client Coverage team, Client Leads are trusted strategic partners, value drivers, industry experts, enterprise connectors and courageous innovators. As the interlock with our clients and our products, platforms and support services, the Client Lead's role is to pro-actively build and influence client relationships resulting in elevated relationships, increased revenues and improved client experience/satisfaction within a managed account base and/or territory. The Client Lead actively works with senior management, platform growth, product, operations, integration and marketing teams to ensure deliverability for the client community. They act as Single Point of Contact coordinating all DTCC activity within the account(s). Clients include investment managers, broker/dealers, IMOs and custodians.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship & Strategic Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for a defined portfolio of select clients, maintaining front-to-back relationships and ensuring the delivery of the whole firm to clients. Provide support to Senior Client Leads through ensuring comprehensive messaging, collated materials, and tracking of ongoing efforts. Expand and deepen senior level client relationships to strengthen strategic alignment, elevate DTCC's position as a trusted partner, and drive growth across products, functional areas, and markets. Foster trusted partnerships by anticipating client needs, influencing decision makers, and uncovering new commercial and strategic opportunities. Represent the voice of the client in shaping DTCC's strategy, product roadmap, and service model ensuring client perspectives inform enterprise-wide priorities. Drive joint planning and execution in partnership with clients to strategically drive industry-leading innovation and deliver measurable business value. Partner with General Managers to ensure client insights shape product roadmaps and strategic priorities. Act as an escalation point for the most complex issues, providing client perspective and advocacy to guide resolution and maintain client confidence. Collaborate with Chief Client office leadership on broader segment-wide observations, highlight emerging trends, and elevate items as necessary for full sector alignment.
  • Revenue Retention, Growth & Commercial Expansion: Sustain and grow client revenue by minimizing churn, strengthening relationships, and driving organic growth by ensuring clients fully understand and leverage the breadth of DTCC's services and solutions, while continuously demonstrating relevance through industry awareness and innovation. Act as a trusted advisor by uncovering opportunities that align with DTCC capabilities; engage Growth Team to drive sales process, while providing ongoing client advocacy to enable Growth Team success and ensure client satisfaction. Partner closely with Product and Consulting Growth teams to identify, drive, and close new revenue opportunities within your defined portfolio of accounts.
