About the Role

We are currently searching for a warm, welcoming, articulate

Night Front Desk Agent to ensure smooth operation of the overnight period and to create a relaxing and effortless guest experience.

As the calm, caring presence at night, you will help our guests rest easy and wake to excellence.

About You

  • Previous experience in guest service or hospitality is ideal; familiarity with front desk or night audit duties is a plus.
  • Independent & reliable: self‑sufficient, organized and proud of maintaining calm and accuracy throughout the night.
  • Detail‑oriented: approach every task – from guest requests to nightly reports – with precision and care.
  • Multilingual: additional languages are always a plus.
  • Guest‑focused: warm, approachable and ready to assist guests with professionalism, no matter the hour.
