Responsibilities

• Serve customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.
• Build relationships with customers to drive repeat business, enhance customer experience, and maximise lifetime value.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing quotes promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
• Perform general warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the systems, putting it away, and picking and packing customer orders.

Working hours

This is a full‑time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 07:30am and 5:00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays, working 8:00am‑12:00pm, paid as overtime.

Requirements

• Previous face-to-face sales and customer service experience is beneficial.
• Team player who is happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch.
• Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.
