Responsibilities
- Join a multidisciplinary team and provide high-quality clinical care and advice where needed.
- Offer pharmaceutical services to a range of departments, including pre-assessment clinic, outpatient department, ward and theatres.
Requirements
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPh C).
- Proven post-qualification experience.
- Excellent communication and people skills to work effectively with patients and clinical staff.
