Overview

Hours: Full-time. Hybrid working pattern with at least two days per week (40%) in the office. Flexible working options are available.

Responsibilities

  • Support design and delivery of high-impact data products across the Loans Platform.
  • Shape how data is used to support lending decisions, regulatory outcomes and meaningful customer interactions.
  • Deliver major transformation by modernising the Loans platform and moving away from legacy data infrastructure.
  • Build a scalable, product-led approach to data; work closely with engineering, architecture and business teams.
  • Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap, balancing strategic goals with day-to-day delivery.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience as a Data Product Owner or Product Manager in a similar domain.
  • Strong knowledge of data-driven product development and agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in GCP Big Data technologies (e. g., Big Query, Dataflow, Cloud Dataproc).
  • Experience in developing and managing product roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable/Additional Information

  • Experience delivering data products in a financial services environment is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn complex data needs into clear, high-value products.
