Overview

Are you a commercially minded marketing and communications professional who enjoys building relationships, creating impactful campaigns and delivering measurable results?

We're looking for a Marketing & Communications Business Partner to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, starting in September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to act as the link between our central Marketing function and operational divisions, helping to bring the One Culina strategy to life through engaging, insight-led marketing and communications activity.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering marketing and communications plans that support business growth, lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Leading integrated campaigns across digital, social media, PR, email, events and internal communications channels.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing expert advice and support.
  • Creating compelling content including articles, social media content, sales collateral, email campaigns and leadership communications.
  • Identifying PR, media and thought leadership opportunities that enhance Culina's market presence.
  • Managing campaigns from concept through to evaluation, using insight and data to measure success.
  • Supporting events, exhibitions and industry networking opportunities.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing activity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a marketing, communications or PR role.
  • Strong campaign planning and project management skills.
  • Excellent copywriting, content creation and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience delivering multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and advise at all levels.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC and CRM systems.
  • Experience managing agencies, suppliers and external partners.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting events, exhibitions and corporate hospitality activity is desirable.
