- Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality childcare
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety and company policies at all times
What We're Looking For:
- A positive, enthusiastic and caring approach
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and flexibility to work casual shifts when required
- Experience in childcare, education, coaching, youth work or playwork is desirable but not essential
- Experience supporting children with SEN is welcomed but not essential, as training and support will be provided

- Flexible casual working to fit around your commitments
- Additional hours available during Holiday Clubs
- Paid training and ongoing professional development
- 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme through Health Assured
