  • Define and deliver a product roadmap that enables retention journeys (OEM, dealer and broker‑led).

Be part of an exciting journey to transform the business and the way we serve customers across the mobility lifecycle.

The role offers opportunities to shape a new and strategically critical product area, work across commercial, technology and partner ecosystems, deliver end‑to‑end lifecycle innovation, and influence retention and growth of customer relationships.

What we're looking for

  • 5 years experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment, owning backlogs, roadmaps and outcomes.
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into delivery, balancing commercial, customer and technical needs.
  • Experience with data‑driven products, analytics, triggers or predictive models.
  • Strong collaboration skills, influencing across commercial, engineering, data and partner teams.
  • Understanding of platforms, integrations or ecosystem‑based products.
  • Ability to measure and optimise performance (e. g., retention, conversion, product penetration).
  • Additional experience (preferred)
  • Experience in motor finance, automotive, or mobility ecosystems.

We recognise diverse backgrounds and encourage applicants with relevant, transferable experience.

We are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion, supporting our customers, colleagues and communities.

We offer reasonable workplace adjustments during recruitment and employment, including flexibility in office attendance and working patterns.
