We are seeking a highly meticulous and proactive individual to join our team as a Product Optimisation Specialist .

Key responsibilities
- Drive Product Innovation: Support the creation of prototypes and mock-ups for new product features and lines, accelerating innovation and time-to-market.

Ensuring product customisation meets precise requirements and fosters positive client relationships.
- Streamline Post-Installation
Processes: Collaborating with the Development Team to build comprehensive post-installation guides and notes, manage upgrades of Atamis environments (specifically TSO and Demo orgs), to ensure smooth client deployments.
- Resolve Escalations: Provide timely and effective support for product-related escalations, ensuring rapid resolution and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

- Documenting the end to end process to share knowledge with Optimisation team
- Optimise Product Offering: Provide dedicated configuration support for our Enhancer offering, ensuring its optimal performance and delivering maximum client value.
- Develop Reporting and Dashboards: Design and implement critical dashboards, templates, and reporting functionalities to meet evolving product and client analytical needs.
- Collaborate with other Atamis teams: Develop stakeholder relationships to support problem solving, drive innovation and identify core product improvements which benefit the user experience.
- Proactively develop and maintain technical knowledge: Build a knowledge of both the Atamis platform and Salesforce to stay current with system capabilities and emerging best practices
Skills and Experience
- Confident using Salesforce administration tools, with experience in object and field customisation, formulae, flows, and approval processes.
- Experience working on software implementation or configuration projects (desirable).
- Strong attention to detail, with a methodical approach to following processes and ensuring accuracy.
- Able to manage a varied workload, use initiative to solve problems, and spot areas for improvement.
- Clear communicator who can work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
