Role - Executive Assistant
This role combines executive support, sales administration, reporting, and commercial coordination to support the Chief Commercial Officer and the wider Commercial and Sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Executive
Support: Manage the CCO’s diary, inbox, meetings, day‑to‑day administration, travel arrangements, hospitality, customer gifting initiatives, monthly expenses, and general administrative activities while handling confidential information with discretion.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Produce weekly and monthly sales performance reports, support sales forecasting and commercial analysis, prepare board reporting packs and management information, monitor pipeline activity and sales metrics, investigate reporting discrepancies, and produce performance summaries for senior stakeholders.
- Commercial
Coordination: Raise and process purchase orders, support customer query resolution with operational teams, coordinate onboarding and training for new team members, and build relationships across departments to support business performance.
- Meetings & Events: Organise sales conferences, training sessions, and internal events; prepare meeting agendas, presentations, minutes, and action logs; coordinate logistics and communications for customer‑facing and internal events; maintain key sales documentation and reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar business support role.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, confident working across all levels of the business.
- Excellent attention to detail, experienced with data, reporting, and presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams) and CRM systems.
- Proactive, professional, discreet, with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
