Do you have the technical expertise to support drama, theatre and performance in a specialist teaching environment? We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technician to provide specialist technical support across drama, theatre and performing arts activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing specialist technical support across drama, theatre and performing arts activities
  • Operating, maintaining and troubleshooting complex technical equipment, including audio-visual, lighting and sound systems
  • Managing specialist facilities such as drama studios and theatres, ensuring safe and effective use
  • Delivering inductions, training and demonstrations to students, staff and external stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Practical experience in a technical support role, with specialist knowledge of drama, theatre or performing arts
  • Experience managing technical facilities and supporting live performance production processes
  • Expertise in theatre production technologies, including audio-visual, lighting and sound
  • Strong health and safety knowledge, troubleshooting skills and experience coaching or training others
