What you'll be doing:

Responsible for the whole Emerging Talent Life Cycle (attraction, recruitment, onboarding, Learning and Development, Reward, Recognition and benefits, Progression and Performance, Retain/Exit and Alumni) for a caseload of colleagues (graduates, apprentices, interns etc.). Partner with educational institutions and training providers to build talent pipelines, while delivering expert guidance to stakeholders. Customer satisfaction will be at the forefront of their minds during all interactions with apprentices, graduates, interns etc. and line managers along with stakeholders throughout Veolia. Leveraging multiple channels including social media and industry partnerships, they will attract and retain diverse early careers talent, ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate experience. The role encompasses the full emerging talent lifecycle, from initial attraction through employer brand campaigns and career fairs, to managing recruitment and selection processes including inclusive interviews and assessment centers for designated roles. Maintain strong relationships with business leaders, HR teams, training providers, and educational institutions to drive continuous improvement, ensuring an exceptional experience for all emergent talent and stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous high-volume recruitment experience in either agency or in-house environments - ideally within early careers, graduates or apprenticeships
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with hiring managers and business partners
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, with Workday knowledge being advantageous
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative working skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
