Key Responsibilities

As our Campaigns & Insights Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the planning, coordination, and delivery of a range of campaign and insight products, including reports, newsletters, briefings, webinars, and member communications.

You will work closely with colleagues across policy, public affairs, communications, and insight teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and with maximum impact.

  • Leading Campaign Delivery
  • Managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring smooth and effective delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, workflows, and content schedules.
  • Coordinating contributions from internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and keeping projects on track.
  • Supporting wider campaigning, events, and member engagement activities.
  • Managing the directorate's planning grid and campaign pipeline.
  • Creating Engaging Content
  • Producing clear, compelling content for member newsletters, reports, briefings, and campaign materials.
  • Translating complex policy, research, or technical information into accessible and engaging messages.
  • Editing and proofreading content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality.
  • Bringing fresh ideas to content development, storytelling, and audience engagement.
  • Turning Data into Insight
  • Working with colleagues to analyse research, surveys, and data to identify key messages and trends.
  • Presenting findings through impactful narratives, charts, and visual content.
  • Supporting evidence-based campaigns and recommendations.
  • Ensuring all insight products are accurate, credible, and well sourced.
  • Building Relationships
  • Engaging with members to gather feedback, case studies, and survey responses.
  • Developing strong working relationships across teams and with external partners.
  • Keeping members informed and engaged through effective communications.
  • Promoting insight products and campaign outputs across the organisation.
  • Driving Continuous Improvement
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance campaign delivery, member engagement, and content quality.
  • Keeping up to date with best practice in project management, communications, and data storytelling.

Requirements

  • Degree educated in an analytical discipline or relevant and demonstrable experience in this field.
  • Proven project management experience, ideally within a membership organisation, trade association, communications, or similar environment.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging content for different audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting data and presenting insights clearly.
