Overview

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to coordinate the delivery and collection of vehicles for customers.

This service is central to the customer experience and should be performed efficiently and professionally.

The role involves collaboration with delivery/collection teams on the frontline of customer relations, as well as the central fleet team and local branches.

You may be required to deliver and collect vehicles, presenting a positive first impression and handling vehicle preparation and handover with confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a high-quality rental administration service to meet station needs.
  • Assist with the accurate completion of all rental documents and help plan vehicle delivery and collection.
  • Handle telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
  • Accurately complete all rental administration and vehicle documentation, including reporting damage post-rental.
  • Support safety of vehicles, premises, and customers; uphold responsible conduct across operations.

Requirements / Key skills

  • A full, valid clean driving licence with a minimum of 4 years driving experience.
  • Ability to work as part of a small team; clear verbal and written communication.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to respond positively to objections.
  • Strong time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills; attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow procedures and instructions; flexibility with working hours according to business needs.
