The Mitchell Group at the Cambridge Early Cancer Institute is seeking a research assistant with a background in computational biology to join a collaborative project studying kidney cancer. You will curate, analyze and integrate large-scale genomic datasets to reveal molecular drivers of tumour progression, spanning whole-genome sequencing, transcriptomic, epigenomic and clinical data.
You will develop and apply computational methods, produce informative visualisations, and maintain reproducible workflows.
