Overview
As a Supermarket Assistant, you'll help our customers by delivering the Partner-led service and passion for food that our brand stands for.
Your drive to go the extra mile will influence the impression customers have of the Waitrose brand and encourage repeat visits.
Responsibilities
- Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and products in the right place when customers need them.
- Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery to customers’ doors.
- Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and applying markdowns for items nearing their sell-by dates.
- Collaborating with the wider shop team to support operations, including checkout support, Click & Collect, and fulfilling on-demand orders.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.
