- The Recipe (About the Role)
- Lead the Weetabix Food Safety Audit programme
- Conduct audits against our resident contractors, ensuring strict compliance to the Weetabix Standard for Food Safety, the Weetabix Document Management System (WDMS) and meeting BRC, legal and customer requirements.
- Responsible for managing our identity and ethical compliance.
- Plan all internal audits (including resident contractors)
- Book and plan all external audits, completing required docs and working with factories with close outs
- Maintaining Compliance to all BRC, Integrity & customer standards
- Crisis management administration and mock recalls
- Review and approve material claims on 3i verify
- Deputise for Retailer and Systems manager
- Undertake any other duties, consistent with the level of the role, skills and experience, as may be reasonably required to help the business

- Lead Auditor experience
- Level 3 HACCP
- Understanding of food safety, quality systems and BRC standards
- Technical and quality background within food manufacturing
