A vacancy is open for a Building Surveyor who will develop their career across a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with building condition surveys and produce clear, insightful reports for clients.
- Support the preparation of tender documentation – drawings, specifications and schedules of work.
- Assist with tender submissions, contractor analysis and drafting of JCT construction contracts.
- Participate in pre‑contract briefings and ensure smooth project handovers.
- Carry out regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress and health & safety compliance.
- Attend client and project meetings, representing the business with professionalism and technical confidence.
- Travel to sites and client locations as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- A relevant degree or strong working experience in building surveying.
- Experience working with Auto CAD.
- Working towards or hoping to achieve RICS Chartership.
- Desirable: license to use drones on construction sites, CSCS Card.
- Full clean driving licence, access to own vehicle, and a DBS Enhanced check.
- Working Conditions
Location: London office; the role may be eligible for hybrid working subject to business requirements.
