A vacancy is open for a Building Surveyor who will develop their career across a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with building condition surveys and produce clear, insightful reports for clients.
  • Support the preparation of tender documentation – drawings, specifications and schedules of work.
  • Assist with tender submissions, contractor analysis and drafting of JCT construction contracts.
  • Participate in pre‑contract briefings and ensure smooth project handovers.
  • Carry out regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress and health & safety compliance.
  • Attend client and project meetings, representing the business with professionalism and technical confidence.
  • Travel to sites and client locations as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A relevant degree or strong working experience in building surveying.
  • Experience working with Auto CAD.
  • Working towards or hoping to achieve RICS Chartership.
  • Desirable: license to use drones on construction sites, CSCS Card.
  • Full clean driving licence, access to own vehicle, and a DBS Enhanced check.

Location: London office; the role may be eligible for hybrid working subject to business requirements.
