About the Role

Sales Manager (South West UK) – Responsible for leading a field sales team that brings the best venues onto EatClub’s platform while shaping growth across South West UK cities.

A Day in a Life

  • Start mornings reviewing pipeline and activity in HubSpot, running stand‑ups with the team to align on priorities, deals in progress, and needed support.
  • Spend time in the field with Business Development Managers, joining venue meetings, drop‑ins, and live pitches to help move deals forward and coach reps in real time.
  • Collaborate closely with UK leadership, Revenue, Marketing, and RevOps to refine local market strategies, sharing feedback from venues on pricing, objections, and competitive dynamics.
  • Run structured one‑on‑ones and call reviews to help reps improve their pitch, accelerate deal progression, and maintain disciplined pipeline management.
  • Travel across South West UK cities to support launches in new markets, helping establish early traction and build strong venue pipelines.
  • Enhance pipeline visibility and CRM discipline by working closely with RevOps to ensure accurate, up‑to‑date data entry, strong pipeline hygiene, and clear conversion metrics.
  • Hold the team to clear activity and execution standards, ensuring outbound outreach, follow‑ups, daily CRM input, and conversion metrics stay on track.
  • Track team progress against a weekly and monthly sales/revenue target, reporting shortfalls and course‑correcting quickly.
  • Strengthen EatClub’s presence in the hospitality ecosystem by building strong relationships with venue owners and operators across South West UK cities.

Qualifications

  • Over the last 2–3 years led a high‑activity field sales team with clear activity and revenue targets.
  • Managed 6–10+ sales reps and helped them consistently hit performance goals, including carrying and delivering a high‑value team sales/revenue target.
  • Experience in high‑velocity sales environments with strong pipeline, CRM accuracy, and conversion metrics.
  • Proficiency in personally and directly inputting activity into a CRM such as HubSpot.
  • Strong experience guiding and coaching reps in pitch refinement, objection handling, and pipeline discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with venue owners and operators.
