We are called upon at a sensitive time when families are going through the stages of grief, but there is an acceptance that certain realities need to be addressed.

Our Purpose: To support families through bereavement with expert guidance and genuine compassion, making a complex process feel manageable and human.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Managing the office and coordinating repairs and upgrades and ensuring compliance with the office lease.
  • Manage all contractors (such as cleaning, printing etc.) and dealing with procurement negotiations as appropriate.
  • Taking on the role of business Health and Safety Officer and Chief Fire Marshall.
  • Providing administrative support to other business departments.
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in how we work.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications are desirable but not essential. We are looking for individuals with some of the following experience:

  • Experience working within an Office or Facilities Management role, including the management of contracts, leases and insurances.
  • Experience within an office based administrative function.
