Overview

Warehouse Associate – Location: Brighton, St Joseph's Business Park (BN3). Working pattern: Onsite | Part-time | Shift-based (15 hours per week). Pay: £13.25 per hour.

Our Site Operations team powers the physical side of our marketplace through HOP (our rapid grocery delivery service) and Editions (our network of delivery-only kitchens).

You will be a key part of our Brighton team, ensuring the smooth running of our Hop sites and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

  • Execute precise order fulfillment by picking customer essentials quickly and accurately to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Maintain product integrity by ensuring all goods received and dispatched meet our high standards for freshness and quality.
  • Facilitate seamless logistics through clear communication with riders to ensure prompt order handovers.
  • Drive inventory excellence by supporting the intake of daily stock deliveries and assisting with ongoing inventory management.
  • Champion site safety and standards by maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment for the whole team.
