As an Operations Supervisor based in Eastleigh, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting and developing all team members with progression planning
- Supporting the Operations Manager in all aspects of maintaining a high standard of Health and Safety, sales growth, P&L review and credit control
- Supporting the team with their day-to-day roles when needed
- Communicating effectively across the business
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm (some flexibility needed with hours at times). Some starts will be at 5.30 am due to our Feeder delivery.
