Main Responsibilities
- Supporting people with personal care and daily living activities
- Promoting independence, dignity, privacy, and choice
- Supporting physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing
- Encouraging social inclusion and community participation
- Assisting with rehabilitation and recovery-focused plans
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns

Requirements
- At least one year's care or healthcare experience
