Fitness and Wellbeing Manager Shipley FWC | Fitness & Wellbeing Club | Permanent | Full time Up to £30,000 depending on experience 40 hours per week

We are looking for a strong team leader to help colleagues deliver their best work, with a focus on performance management, developing potential and training others to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Take on a commercial role that spans management, governance and sales of major services.
- Report to the Programme Director and line manage the fitness team.
- Be responsible for organising and implementing the class timetable.
- Oversee fitness programming, from studio classes to personal training.
- Continually improve site standards and develop ways to drive team performance.
- Drive, develop and support the team to achieve ambitious sales and KPI goals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previously worked as a personal or fitness trainer with experience of managing a small or large team.
- Qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level.
- Studio experience.
- Track record of driving personal training revenue and designing effective fitness programmes for groups and individuals.
