The Road Export Operator is responsible for managing and coordinating road freight export shipments from booking through to final delivery.

Main duties
- Manage daily export planning, ensuring trailers are utilised to maximum capacity and routes are optimised for cost, efficiency, and customs requirements.
- Prepare, verify, and process export documentation (CMR, invoices, packing lists, customs documents, etc.).
- Key Competencies
- Strong understanding of export operations, trailer planning, or road freight logistics.
- Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confident communicator able to support, guide, and challenge colleagues constructively.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
- Experience using transport management systems (e. g., OTMS) is advantageous.
