These roles within our contact centre will be supporting the success of this business by being the first point of contact for our valuable customers get to speak to.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a customer service industry.
Main duties
- Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers, via communication channels (live chat, telephone and email).
- Will be able to work under their own initiative and alongside fellow team colleagues.
- Able to achieve realistic key performance indicators and targets.
- You will be highly motivated to provide solutions on a first-time resolution basis.
The ideal candidate will have
- Great knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to deal with calls, live chat and email.
- Experience of working within a customer service environment.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced industry.
