Oceanarium Bournemouth is seeking a confident and committed Catering Manager to lead the smooth operation and development of all catering outlets on site.
You will be part of the Duty Management Team and work weekends and evenings as required.
You will oversee product quality, profitability, stock control and supplier relationships, while delivering a high standard of service to guests.
