Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, and food hygiene.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure its proper use.
- Assist with food preparation, producing high quality dishes consistently to specification.
- Ensure the kitchen remains clean, hygienic, and in excellent condition at all times.
- Oversee deliveries and manage supply chains.
- Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance.
- Work with the team to achieve company targets and maintain service standards.
- Engage confidently with guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and promoting our food and beverage offerings.
