Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, and food hygiene.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure its proper use.
  • Assist with food preparation, producing high quality dishes consistently to specification.
  • Ensure the kitchen remains clean, hygienic, and in excellent condition at all times.
  • Oversee deliveries and manage supply chains.
  • Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance.
  • Work with the team to achieve company targets and maintain service standards.
  • Engage confidently with guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and promoting our food and beverage offerings.
