We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.
The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing Gmb H at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our high-performance Digital Solutions departments.
This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport Technology Centre in Bicester, UK.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and deliver high-quality full-stack software solutions, including backend services, frontend applications, APIs, databases and integrations.
- Take ownership of complex features and technical workstreams, from requirements capture, through to production delivery and ongoing improvement.
- Contribute hands-on to strategic Digital Solutions projects that support end-to-end engineering and operational processes.
- Work with engineering, operations and business stakeholders to understand workflows, challenge assumptions and turn domain needs into pragmatic digital solutions.
- Build AI-enabled capabilities into stakeholder-facing applications, applying Gen AI and agentic AI patterns where they create measurable business value and can be governed safely.
- Support enterprise scaling of AI adoption by contributing to practical use cases, secure integration patterns, cost-aware implementation and approved-tool usage.
- Contribute to architecture, software engineering standards, CI/CD, testing, deployment automation and maintainable cloud-native engineering practices.
- Remain flexible in acquiring domain knowledge, primarily around aero processes but also across wider digital transformation initiatives in the organization.

- Proven experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in a senior or technically influential role.
- Strong full-stack software engineering capability, including backend and frontend development using modern languages and frameworks such as C#, Python, Type Script, ASP.
NET Core, Fast API, React, Vue, Svelte or equivalent technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Gen AI technologies, including practical use of LLMs, AI coding assistants, prompt engineering and integration of AI capabilities into applications.
- Experience designing, developing, testing and maintaining production-quality cloud-native software systems.
- Good understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, distributed systems, automated testing, CI/CD and modern development practices.
- Ability to take ownership of complex technical problems and deliver pragmatic, maintainable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, deployment automation, platform operations, streaming systems, data-focused applications or ML Ops concepts.
- Experience in motorsport, high-performance engineering, aerodynamics, simulation, telemetry or other complex engineering domains would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
