Every day is different in our retail team. From opening the store and receiving deliveries, to supporting customers with their lunch-time choices and helping the team deliver great service, you'll play an important role in keeping our store running smoothly. As a Retail Supervisor, you'll lead shifts, support and motivate colleagues, and help create a welcoming experience for students, staff, and visitors. You'll be hands-on, organised, and ready to get involved wherever you're needed.
Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting the team during busy shifts
- Delegating tasks and solving problems quickly
- Ensuring excellent customer service and a well-presented store
- Maintaining food safety, stock rotation, and store standards
- Supporting opening and closing procedures
- Handling customer queries, including allergen-related questions
