Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in delivering sales, KPIs, and profit opportunities
- Drive daily and weekly performance through clear targets, floor leadership, and commercial focus
- Monitor KPIs and team performance, run reports, and support action plans to improve results
- Take ownership of store operations including stock management, payroll, rotas, and administrative tasks
- Lead, coach, and develop the team through training, feedback, and strong product knowledge
- Act as a role model on the shop floor by delivering exceptional customer service and living our brand values
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, brand presentation, and store standards at all times
- Take full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence
Qualifications
- Strong passion for the Levi's brand and alignment with our values
- Proven experience leading and developing teams in a fast‑paced retail environment
- A track record of working to and driving KPIs and sales targets
- Solid experience managing store operations, stock, and administrative processes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire others
- A hands‑on, commercially minded approach with a focus on continuous improvement
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
