This apprenticeship is a genuine career-launching opportunity with St Monica Trust, giving you real experience, a recognised qualification, and the chance to grow with us.
You\'ll earn while you learn, gaining a Level 2 Adult Care Worker qualification alongside hands-on experience in a professional, supportive environment.
What\u2019s in it for you?
- £11.25 per hour, plus enhancements where applicable
- 30 hours per week, including protected study time
- Monday - Sunday, 07:00 - 14:30 or 14:00 - 21:30 (every other weekend)
- Dedicated support from your team, manager, apprenticeship provider and Apprenticeship Lead

- Providing person-centred care and support to individuals with a range of needs
- Making a difference every day by supporting people with their independence, wellbeing and confidence
- Developing communication skills to build positive relationships with residents, families and professionals
- Supporting daily living activities such as personal care, nutrition and wellbeing
- Promoting dignity, respect, safeguarding and equality in all aspects of care
- Learning how to use care plans and digital systems to record what you do
- Working as part of a team with colleagues and health professionals to deliver high-quality care

- Ability to work as part of a team and use your initiative when needed
- English and Maths GCSEs at grade 4/C (or equivalent), or a willingness to work towards achieving them as part of your apprenticeship
