What You'll Be Doing
- Support workload planning and daily priority management to ensure the team is organised and performing effectively.
- Role‑model Sales Operational Excellence, consistently achieving targets and KPIs.
- Monitor customer SLAs across orders, quotes and outstanding queries.
- Act as the subject matter expert for relevant systems and tools.
- Support Sales Operations training, including onboarding and induction activities.
- Assist with the delivery and administration of business incentives for the Sales Operations team.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and customer escalations, responding quickly and effectively.
- Build strong working relationships with the Internal Sales Management team.
- Coach, guide and motivate team members to perform at their best.
- Deputise for the Sales Operations Manager when required.
