- Develop and grow a portfolio of large and strategic accounts with complex needs.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers through face-to-face engagement.
- Form and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and deliver value.

- Identify incremental business opportunities through strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate internal resources across sales, operations, and specialist business units.
- Lead board-level engagement activity aligned to customer objectives.

- Ensure accurate reporting and pipeline management in CRM systems.
- Promote and drive adoption of TD SYNNEX's e-commerce platform (In Touch).
- Maintain and improve customer Service Level Agreements.

- Mastery of assigned product/service lines and broad understanding of TD SYNNEX's portfolio.
- Expert knowledge of services programs and processes across multiple brands.

- Ability to influence favourable outcomes in C-level scenarios.
- Strong presentation skills - succinct, convincing, and impactful at all levels.
- Excellent sales skills including negotiation and driving results.
- Strategic planning capability and commercial acumen.
- Experience with CRM systems (Compass) and working knowledge of SAP R3 (desirable).
- Previous IT industry experience is advantageous.
