Main duties of the job:

We are looking for an experienced Bid Writer to help drive our business development and growth! As a Bid Writer, you will work within our business development team helping to write and produce high quality and persuasive content for tenders, business proposals and other work-winning submissions. You will drive our business growth strategies and play a pivotal role in showcasing HCRG Care Group as the provider of choice to commissioning organisations including local authorities, NHS ICBs, NHS England, NHS provider trusts, and others. You will lead on multiple and concurrent bid responses ensuring timely submissions showcase HCRG Care Group's innovative ways of working and USPs, running as golden threads throughout our content. We are looking for someone who is experienced in using AI to help revolutionise our processes including experience with building and maintaining AI libraries for bid generations.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours a week, though flexibility is required to accommodate competing pressures when meeting deadlines and submissions.
