Home Instead Aylesbury Vale and North East Oxfordshire is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to be the link between the Care Manager and the Care Assistant team, to conduct introductions between clients and carers, and to deliver non-medical services to help clients stay independent in their own homes. You will work both in the field with clients and in the office to support the Care Manager, ensuring CQC compliance.
