In this role, you'll dive into hands‑on training while collaborating with our experienced team. You'll be a key part of our journey as we work together to achieve our goals, all while building a strong foundation for your career. You’ll also have the chance to engage in exciting projects where your ideas can shine, and you’ll learn and grow alongside some fantastic people!

You will be working towards achieving your NVQ Level 3 Installation Electrician qualification & will have dedicated time each week for your studies and plenty of chances to apply what you've learned in real‑life situations within Fairhive's Housing stock. You will be covering the full scope of domestic wiring within occupied & void properties across the Fairhive portfolio. From installing new lights, sockets, to fully rewiring, completing reactive repairs & final testing ensuring homes are safe & compliant to current regulations. Full training will be provided and will be a mixture of hands on & college day release over the course of your apprenticeship.
