Pacific Life's Workforce Benefits division is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Technology Platforms & Operations to own reliability, resilience, and day-to-day operational excellence of the platform services.
You will lead platform operations, Dev Ops, incident and service management, DR/BCP, and ensure platforms are stable, secure, and scalable while enabling rapid product innovation.
