Strategic Planning - leads and manages key initiatives requiring partnership between enterprise platforms or infrastructure teams and divisional resources.
Business Management – manages technology team’s budget planning, forecasting, and ongoing management in partnership with finance; partners with product management to track value realization; manages contracts, statements of work, and invoices across all teams.
