As an Assistant General Manager, you will help run brilliant shifts and support the team to achieve exceptional service and quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver the Nando's brand experience across all channels on shift.
- Drive the development of your team and identify talent for future managerial roles.
- Ensure the customer journey is carried out effectively, maintaining high standards of hospitality and service.
- Collaborate with the restaurant leadership team to execute operational plans and maintain performance targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous management experience with energy to inspire and motivate a team.
- A passion for people, food, and hospitality; customer-obsessed with delivering a consistent PERi-PERi experience.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and eager to learn and develop.
