Mears Group is seeking a Housing Support Officer to assist asylum seekers through the Home Office right-to-work process, providing practical and emotional support, safeguarding, wellbeing monitoring, and thorough record keeping. This role is based in Scotland with travel across sites as required.
You will deliver a high-quality housing management and support service, manage a portfolio of homes, coordinate move-ins/outs, and work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure appropriate support.
