About the Role
Tommy Hilfiger is a global lifestyle brand. This role involves working as part of the store team in a luxury retail environment where you share a passion for our brand and values with customers and colleagues. You will inspire your team to generate sales, be able to make further product recommendations and drive our store KPI’s. Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele. Act as a Brand Ambassador and maintain a keen interest in current fashion and market trends. Ensure shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation and organization issues are addressed appropriately. Show flexibility and innovation when reacting to changing business environment, especially around peak trade.
About You
- Have previous experience within hospitality/retail.
- Be hardworking with great communication skills.
- Have an interest in Fashion/Retail.
- Be able to work in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to multi‑task in high‑pressure situations.
- Be passionate about driving sales using our digital platforms.
