Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Act as the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in‑depth product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
  • Assist customers in outfit building and make additional product recommendations.
  • Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
  • Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve performance.
  • Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organization issues are addressed appropriately.
