THE ROLE
The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in achieving the standards of our stores. They lead by example, embrace our entrepreneurial spirit, and inspire their teams through their passion and belief in our brands, all in close collaboration with the Store Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Together with the Store Manager identifying opportunities to grow the business or improve performance.
- Fostering a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members fairly.
- Ensuring best practices, visual merchandising directives, and standards are executed.
- Communicating with the buying team to ensure correct stock levels are available.
- Analyzing store level reports and creating action plans to improve results.
- Communicating regularly with staff on sales goals and store results.
- Managing recruitment and orientation processes.
- Providing training and coaching for Employees and ensuring documentation.
- Making informed decisions under changing conditions.
- Setting challenging but attainable goals focusing on service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating action plans while considering consequences and budget decisions.
- Creating energy and excitement around shared goals and values.
