The Concession Manager plays a key role in achieving these standards by leading by example, embracing our entrepreneurial spirit, and inspiring their team through passion and belief in our brands.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with the Area Manager to build on business opportunities and achieve standards/goals such as sales, wages, sales per hour, units per transaction, conversion rate, expense control, shrinkage, mystery shops, store audits, and profitability.
  • Identifying opportunities and collaborating with others to grow the business or improve performance.
  • Fostering a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff fairly and consistently.
  • Managing store opening/closing functions and the sales floor as Manager-on-duty.
  • Ensuring execution of visual merchandising standards and store standards for sales floor and back room.
  • Managing daily sales, payroll, expenses, goals, and initiatives to meet business objectives.
  • Analyzing store reports and creating action plans to improve results.
  • Leading management and staff meetings, contributing to regional meetings.
  • Setting challenging yet attainable goals focused on service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Coordinating action plans considering consequences and budgets.
  • Communicating daily with staff about sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Participating in manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Training and developing employees, ensuring proper orientation and ongoing coaching.
