Job Description
Procurement Officer’s will be responsible for the overall buying of scaffolding, ensuring that this is delivered within the time frames set by our clients, including last minute requests.

Deputy Delivery Operations Manager
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule all available work to ensure timely delivery within the client’s required timeframe.
- Maintain strong relationships within the Network to facilitate effective communication, support difficult conversations and drive successful negotiations.
- Provide constructive feedback on poor performance and work collaboratively to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Take accountability for the overall GP on the projects delivered weekly, including the ability to analyse and justify any losses incurred.
- Work proactively to enhance the coverage and utilisation of the Network by supporting improvements in current partner engagement and onboarding new Network Partners to expand reach.
- Develop and evaluate and select network partners based on previous usage and performance to optimise procurement decisions.
- Coordinate and consolidate work orders to leverage better purchasing options and achieve cost efficiencies.
- Perform accurate data entry and manage multiple systems to ensure all procurement data is up-to-date and error-free.
- Collaborate closely with various internal departments to support project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support in covering holiday.
