The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
You would be managing the day-to-day activities of multiple projects to ensure they are completed to our Right First Time model. Client Liaison's responsibilities include communicating with clients and keeping them up to date with all aspects of their job, keeping on top of different status projects to keep projects on track, and collaborating with different departments to ensure the project can go ahead to the deadlines required. You will work individually and within a team to be able to reach our company goals and keep projects on track for the expected completion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development of each project in your region and carry out the necessary tasks efficiently.
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate client records through our CRM system, keeping track of any contact updates from the client, homeowner or Network partner.
- Handle enquiries and requests from clients and homeowners and address their needs in a timely manner.
- Build relationships with clients and network partners, communicating with them throughout the whole journey of a job.
- Support in covering holiday.
Requirements and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Being confident on the phone when speaking to clients, to build great working relationships.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Can do attitude.
