day one, with full training and mentoring. No training experience needed. Permanent, directly employed, with a relocation
package tailored to you. Salary £43,000 – £53,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
- CISRS Scaffolder card held for 10+ years
- 5+ years as a charge-hand, foreman or supervisor
- Good IT skills and excellent communication skills
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Willing to travel for shadowing and live near Exeter
- Right to work in the UK. We cannot offer visa sponsorship
- CISRS Advanced card
- Experience of coaching or mentoring apprentices and new starters
- Level 3 teaching qualification, paid for by PVF
- CISRS Train the Trainer programme
- Shadowing at an accredited CISRS centre
- Mentoring and a clear path to lead trainer
Duties
- Help set up the centre: training area, materials and records
- Teach, coach and assess delegates as you are approved to
- Support and motivate learners, adapting delivery to their needs
- Keep accurate learner records to CISRS and PVF standards
Pay and benefits
- £43,000 – £53,000 a year
