Overview
- Help us build a new CISRS training centre in Exeter from day one, and lead the training that brings the next generation into
- scaffolding. Permanent, directly employed, with a relocation package tailored to you. Salary £43,000 – £53,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Registered CISRS trainer with recent course delivery
- Teaching qualification (Award in Education and Training or equivalent)
- Current CISRS card and the experience CISRS requires for your courses
- Confident teaching in a classroom and practical setting
- Good IT skills and excellent communication and presentation skills
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK. We cannot offer visa sponsorship
- CISRS Advanced card
- Level 2 Emergency First Aid at Work
- Experience of shaping a training centre
Duties
- Deliver CISRS courses, starting with Part 1 Scaffolder, COTS, Scaffolding Awareness and Basic Inspection
- Coach, assess and motivate learners, adapting delivery to their needs
- Help set up the centre: course calendar, materials, records and quality systems
- Keep accurate learner records to CISRS and PVF standards
- Lead the training team as the centre grows
